At Inclusive Care, we are committed to providing inclusive and trauma-informed care to all of our patients. We use inclusive language and welcome patients from all backgrounds and identities. We know that bias in medicine makes it less safe for some folks to access care. We also know that trauma, medical or otherwise, impacts access. We strive to be intentional at increasing access to high-quality pelvic floor physical therapy.

There is a parking lot directly in front of the building with stairs into the building and then again into the office.
The office has options for overhead lights or a variety of dimmer floor lighting, often utilized for folks with sensory sensitivities.
The seating and exam table in the office are able to accommodate assistive devices and folks in bodies of varying sizes.
There are shared bathrooms on the same floor as the office, one with stalls and urinals and one with only stalls.

Inclusive Care does not contract directly with any insurance companies due to previous struggles with getting medically necessary care covered. We have found that, unfortunately, insurance contracts make it more challenging to offer trauma-informed, individualized pelvic floor physical therapy. We are able to take HSA funds and FSA funds, and are also able to provide the paperwork for reimbursement, should you have out of network insurance benefits.
Additionally, we have a limited Pay What You Can program. We are not currently accepting Pay What You Can clients, but please email info@InclusiveCareLLC.com if you would like to be added to a waitlist.
We understand that cost can be a barrier to accessing care, and we strive to make our services as accessible as possible for all our patients. We often get creative with appointment spacing and payment plans, as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about payment options.
